8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

In accordance with Article 103 (l) of Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation service contracts for a specific date or period.

However, HOTELES MARINA D’OR S.L allows for reservation cancellations under the conditions stated in its Cancellation Policy.
